Very peaceful here. And all the office staff and courteous, attentive, professional and great you with a smile.

|Recommended: YesAmazing — Modera Framingham is the perfect place to call home From the garage parking, amazing amenities and spacious floor plans, everything is perfect Ashley, Diana and Amanda are wonderful and always ready to help with whatever we need. The maintenance staff made sure our apartment was clean and everything was in tip tip shape for move in.
I would 1000 recommend Modera Framingham to whoever is looking for a new home, you will not be upset.

|Recommended: YesVERY ....... NICE — It almost feels like a vacation resort. We like that the outstanding amenities do not force social interaction with other tenants but, much rather, allow for some private time with. And yet, plenty of opportunities to socialize, if desired.
The staff is excellent around here, we really feel very well taken care of. This place was NOT a compromise to us at all, it was really the best we could get within our budget. We're already considering to renew our lease, even though we've only been here for a week THANK YOU

It is cozy, comfy , minimum noise, great , quite, friendly neighbors, everything is clean , everyone is there to help answer your questions. Love the garage , amenities , my spacey bathroom is my favorite . I definitely made a right choice moving in to MODERA .

|Recommended: YesMy husband and I did a virtual tour of Modera and we were very impressed with the amenities, location and the aesthetics. We called Modera and spoke with Diana, the leasing specialist, to inquire further. This community is its own little oasis. We were very impressed by the open floor plans, office space available to the tenants, easy access to the commuter rail into Boston and an enclosed dog park.
We are looking forward to a tour with Diana of Modera in person
